We take the strictest care to pick accurately and package securely. All orders are photographed before dispatch. However, if there is a problem with your order (eg. you receive the incorrect goods or your order arrives damaged), please let us know within 2 days of receiving the goods by emailing a picture of your delivery to email@example.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.
If you would like to exchange or return your order:
South African customers may return or exchange new, unworn or unused products within 7 days of receiving the goods. All products must be in their original packaging and undamaged. Some products cannot be returned for hygiene purposes (eg. perishables, jewellery for piercings and face coverings). Goods should be returned to us with your courier, or we can collect with our own courier in which case we reserve the right to levy a handling charge to bring the products back to us. We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days. We will try to refund the account you paid with. Banks do not allow refunds on some card types, in which case we will request proof of bank details for an EFT refund. Please note that your right to exchange or return products is separate from your statutory right to cancel your order under the distance selling regulations.
